Superlatives in dental and financial copy get the whole asset rejected
'Best', 'fastest' and 'guaranteed' triggered compliance rejection on every regulated draft that used them.
The record
Regulated clients do not negotiate on unqualified superlatives — the asset comes back whole rather than edited, costing a full cycle. Comparative claims in dental, medical and financial copy are written against a stated benchmark or not at all. Outside those verticals the constraint does not apply and should not be inherited.
