Marketing claims clear Research before drafting, not after
Four claims were blocked at layout in July because the evidence was checked last.

The record
Checking a claim after the creative is built means killing the creative or arguing for the claim, and the second happens more often than it should. Research now sees the claim list at brief stage. A claim that fails then costs a sentence; a claim that fails at layout costs a week.
