A company asked for its own thresholds so its dashboard would read green. Refused: comparability across the portfolio is the entire value of a shared scale, and a per-company band makes the executive rollup meaningless. Health at or above 85 is good, at or above 70 needs attention, below is critical. Anyone proposing a change is proposing it for every surface at once.
